Pressemelding fra Klotz:
German cable manufacturer KLOTZ a.i.s. announces a stellar new addition to its signature instrument cable range. Joe Bonamassa, one of the hottest rock and blues guitarists on today's music scene, is the latest star to contribute his ideas, expertise and name to the development of a cable. KLOTZ a.i.s. signature cables are named after top artists on the international concert and recording scene, including Scorpions guitarist Matthias Jabs and iconic bassist TM Stevens, and designed in partnership with them.

Joe Bonamassa: "KLOTZ cables have long been my cables of choice because of their outstanding quality and fantastic sound. As the logical next step, KLOTZ and I got together at a concert in Munich last year to discuss a partnership – and this cable is the first result. The KLOTZ a.i.s. Joe Bonamassa signature cable offers uncompromising quality and is ideal for studio work, but rugged enough to cope with the life of a touring musician."

The new Joe Bonamassa Signature Cable by KLOTZ a.i.s. is available from music retailers worldwide from April 2011, as an instrument cable in lengths 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 9 metres and a patch cable in lengths 0.15/ 0.30/ 0.60 / 0.90 metres with straight or angled connectors. The new Signature Cable features the high-quality Golden Tip jack made in Germany by KLOTZ a.i.s.

Joe Bonamassa
"Best Blues Guitarist 2009" (Guitar Player Magazine) and "Blues Rock Titan 2010" (Guitar World) are just two of the accolades documenting the towering status of one of the world's finest guitarists. Joe Bonamassa's performance at his already legendary 2009 concert in the Royal Albert Hall rewrote guitar history, with virtuoso playing, versatile vocals, a stunning show, flawless technique - and as a special highlight, a guest spot by Eric Clapton.

In addition to his solo career, Joe Bonamassa has been a member of "Black Country Communion“ since 2010. The band released their first studio album in September 2010 and will embark on a European tour in June 2011, taking in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.
